Avoid Toxic Chemicals In The Environment

If you don’t want or can’t get a stem cell transplant for whatever reason, you need to rely on your own stem cells for all your regenerative needs. That’s difficult when you’re older in age. You need the healing potential of the stem cells even more, but the large number you had in your childhood are disappearing or deteriorating. What can you do?

There are basically two tracks you can follow to try to preserve your existing stem cells and make sure they work effectively. The first is with actions you take and the things you add to the body. Eat food rich in nutrients that support stem cells, exercise to encourage their growth and spread, and get plenty of sleep to keep them moving properly. Then there are the actions you don’t take, or the things you remove from the body. Stop smoking. Cut back on alcohol. It probably won’t be a surprise to learn that avoiding toxic chemicals is also a good idea.

The world is full of chemicals. Some of them are natural, but humanity has added quite a few into the soil, water and even air. Most of them are harmless. Repeated exposure, however, even if it’s only a lot of small doses, can lead to a buildup in the body. When they accumulate over time, it can cause enduring health problems and can make it even harder to fight them off.

For many of these chemicals, the big risk is the impact on the immune system. The response they trigger may contribute to the development of autoimmune diseases like lupus or similar chronic conditions such as fibromyalgia. You may find your nervous system and hormone production disrupted. It may even have an effect on the development of cancer. Different toxins cause different reactions in the body, but they can all have profound physical, mental and emotional impacts.

Some of these chemicals are so prevalent that they can’t be avoided. A lot of the time, you won’t even know they’re there – not unless you’re living next to a factory or dump or somewhere else where you’re likely to find pollution or waste. That means you have to be extra careful about the things you can choose, such as toiletries, household cleaning products and anything else inside your home. Research and read labels carefully.
